Wessex Housing Partnership has selected Interact Website Manager to provide them with easy to navigate, accessible sites across the Group with consistent branding to give a uniform look whilst maintaining their own individual identities.

Wessex Housing Partnership was established in 2006 and comprises Wessex Housing Partnership Ltd, the parent, and Kingfisher Housing Association and HVHS Housing Group, the two main subsidiaries.  Wessex provides over 7,000 homes throughout Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire and works within eight local authorities.

Wessex Group’s previous sites each had a very different design and structure, resulting in a disparate collection of styles.  They wanted to bring them together with a uniform appearance so that the three sites looked like part of the same Group whilst still maintaining their own individual identities.  They also wanted to make them even more accessible to their residents and the websites provide a much easier way for residents to communicate with their landlord to report a repair or contact their housing officer from the comfort of their own home by using the online forms. 

Following a detailed review of three website providers, Wessex chose Odyssey due to its excellent knowledge and experience of the housing sector, good customer service and value for money and the standard of work provided for other housing clients.
